We have facilitated the return or exchange process through the following procedures:
Purchase return or exchange policy:
If you wish to exchange or return the product, you must contact us first.

The customer has the right to return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is intact and has not undergone any changes, and the customer bears the full shipping costs, and the cost of the product will be returned to the customer within 7-14 business days from the date of receipt of the product.

The customer has the right to replace the product with another product after sending the shipment within 7 business days, and he must bear the full shipping cost and the difference in the cost of the product, if any.

If the product is defective, or does not conform to the specifications specified at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to replace or return the product within 14 days, and in this case the customer must send all data related to the order: Order number - Shipping policy - Photos or video of the defective product, ensuring that all product accessories are available in good condition. The customer is then entitled to a full refund or exchange it for another product (according to the customer's desire).
Products included in discounts and offers are not exchanged or returned, except for a defect in the product.
The order cannot be cancelled after the shipping policy is issued or if the shipment has been delivered to the shipping companies. If the customer does not want to receive the shipment, he must contact the shipping company and inform them of his unwillingness to receive the shipment. After the shipment returns to us, the customer bears the full shipping cost.
If the customer refuses to receive the order after the shipping company contacts him, the customer bears all shipping and delivery costs, if any, round trip, noting that the shipping cost depends on the weight and dimensions of the shipment.
Products are not accepted for return or exchange in the following cases:
Return and exchange do not include wholesale products.
Return and exchange after using the product for any reason except in the presence of a manufacturing defect.
When the product changes from its original condition or its box is opened for any reason.
Returns are not accepted after 3 days from the date of receipt, and exchanges are not accepted after 7 days.
Returns are not accepted for personal use products.
We do not accept returns of products that have been installed at the customer's site and cannot be returned to their original condition.

Warranty and Maintenance:
The warranty is only for electrical appliances according to the agent's warranty

If the defect is proven to be from the device itself, it will be returned to the agent for repair or replacement

Cancellation of orders:
When canceling the order, the deposit of the amounts may take a period of time between 7-14 working days to the customer's bank account.
